Hey, I am Gregory!

When I was three, my parents gave me a small, portable DVD player with a folder collection of CDs because they were too busy to entertain me. It was my first ever exposure to films. The DVD player, which I named Max, became my best friend as I would bring it around Kindergarten without talking to anyone else.

In Lower Primary, when everyone else was collecting Pokemon cards, my collection would be new CD releases from Poh Kim Video shops to share with Max. Sometimes while watching, I would play a game with Max, predicting the fates of the characters. Max always won. Watching shows with Max transported me from my reality, transcending me within the storyworld of the show.

Unfortunately, all good things have to come to an end. Max was not in the best condition and my parents made me part with it after many years of friendship. I learnt that everything is temporary and life is full of changes. However, the impact that stories have on individuals is ever-lasting. Let me be your Max and bring you a story!
